Results of the Selection: 12th International Congress of Law in the Portuguese-Speaking World
The results of the open call for paper submissions to the 12th International Congress of Law in the Portuguese-Speaking World, devoted to “Ethics in Justice”, are now available. The Congress will take place in Brasília, from the 27th to the 30th of April 2026, bringing together selected contributions from across the Lusophone legal community.
Organised by the Superior Military Court of Brazil, in partnership with the Research Network on Lusophone Law (REDIL), the Congress fosters a shared space for scholarly exchange on ethical questions cutting across constitutional, civil, criminal, labour, tax and military justice, as well as emerging challenges at the intersection of law and society.
The list of accepted proposals reflects the vitality and diversity of contemporary legal research within the Portuguese-speaking world and underscores the Congress’s role as a growing node in transnational academic and institutional dialogue.
